Last November, the Belgian-Luxembourg group Tero inaugurated Tero House17, located at 17 rue du Nord in Luxembourg City.

As the new owner of House17, the former "Cercle d'affaires privé", the Tero group has completely reinvented the place, turning it into a hybrid space open to all and including a bar-restaurant and five seminar rooms. Tero House17 will also host the business events organised by the Cercle d'affaires B17 Luxembourg, resulting from the merger of the “Cercles d’affaires” B19 and House17.

The building has been renovated by the interior architect Michel Penneman, who has created a hushed, elegant and serene atmosphere. The building covers 960 m² spread over four floors and a terrace, which offers one of the most beautiful views over Luxembourg. The work was carried out with respect to the listed building, which dates from the end of the 19th century. It was the former residence of the Court of Justice. Many of its architectural treasures have been preserved during the renovations, such as a magnificent moulded spiral staircase. The opening of Tero House17 consolidates the group's geographical presence in Luxembourg. Tero already owns the River House (formerly Knokke Out) there.
