The Malakoff Tower

The Malakoff Tower is set in a hairpin turn of the Wilhelm Street who meanders from the European district of the Kirchberg until Clausen down below. A true eye catcher, it is one of the last buildings built by the Prussian military engineering before the dismantling of the fortress of Luxembourg in 1867.
